How to manage user roles assigned to a task? Task member and manager: differences and accesses

Users working on a task can be assigned two types of functions: Task member and task manager.

This option is available under the Team tab.

Task member can:

  • Check task description
  • Download documents
  • Report hours
  • Receive alerts
  • Communicate directly with other members of the task
  • Visualize updates

Task manager can:

  • Add task follow-up
  • Upload documents
