Click on the direct link Register a new user or use the ORGANIZATION menu, Users option and add a new user:

 

 

In the Personnel section, the only required details you must provide are a Login Name (Email Address) and a Password. Each user will have a role defining their access permissions.

You will be able to enter more details to help you classify and enrich the user datasheet. The professional profile will determine the costs of projects in which the user is involved, if the system uses standard costs (see General budget, Cost estimate and Purchase estimate and assignment of invoices).

Once the user has been created they will receive an e-mail with their access codes.

In the General section 4 the only required detail you must provide is Project Name 5. You will also be able to enter further details to help you classify and enrich the project datasheet.

Once the general datasheet has been saved you can access the other sections where you will be able to perform actions such as assigning the team, creating tasks or specifying and performing budget monitoring.

You can access all projects where your assigned, as well as user filter to seek a specific project.

Include columns with all needed data.

First column will inform if you are Project manager, you may sort data by column or export all info to Excel.

I’ve created a project and can’t find it on My Projects

In My Projects section only projects where a user is assigned to project team appear (either as project manager, team member or guest).

If you want a particular project to appear in your My Projects, you need to be assigned on a project team.

Projects will appear now in My Projects. In case of assigned as project manager a small icon will appear on each project line.
