Inviting Users
ITM Platform includes an access control mechanism that allows administrators and project managers to invite external individuals to join as Team Members. This functionality supports collaboration and helps manage project participation effectively.

User Invitation Functionality
The user invitation functionality can be accessed via various entry points within the ITM Platform interface:

Invitation Delivery and Acceptance
When an invitation is sent, an automated email is dispatched to the invitee’s email address. To join as a Team Member, the invitee must accept the invitation and complete a short form to provide the required profile information.
The invitation process is designed to minimize input from the inviter and enable quick onboarding of new Team Members.
Once added, Team Members can be assigned to projects and contribute to their progress.
Notification System
A real-time notification system notifies the inviter when the invitee accepts the invitation and completes the form, formally joining as a Team Member.
This confirmation helps the inviter track the process and manage resource allocation effectively.
Limitless Team Member Addition
Organizations using the free Team Members tier can invite and add an unlimited number of Team Members, offering flexibility for scaling teams.

Deactivating the Invite Option
The invitation feature is enabled by default but can be disabled for greater control. To disable it:
- Navigate to CONFIGURATION > ORGANIZATION > Company Settings.
- Uncheck the Enable Invites option.
When disabled, users will no longer see the option to invite others. This can help organizations manage the pace of adding new team members or restrict who can send invitations.
