PMPilot PMPilot is the AI assistant built into ITM Platform. It understands how the product works, follows project-management best practices, and can learn your organization's specific methodology.

What PMPilot can do

PMPilot offers three capabilities:

Project Management Assistant Knows how ITM Platform works and follows PM best practices. Helps every user navigate the platform and make better decisions. Always on for all users.
Custom Methodology PMPilot learns your organization's specific methodology and makes it available to the entire team right inside ITM Platform. Request activation from your Account Manager.
Data Analysis Ask PMPilot questions about your real project and portfolio data in plain language and get instant answers as tables. Active by default.

How to access PMPilot

PMPilot is available in the chat panel on every screen in ITM Platform. Click the chat icon to open PMPilot and start asking questions.

  • The Project Management Assistant is always available with no setup required.
  • Custom Methodology must be activated by your Account Manager or by writing to support@itmplatform.com. See Custom Methodology for details.
  • Data Analysis is active by default when the DataMart extension is enabled. See Data Analysis for details.
